Sandra de Groot, a Dutch designer, teacher of visual art and photographer caught my interest this week with her amazing and very unique textile sculptures. Her work is quite conceptual and experimental both in textile and photography.
I decided to give you a closer look on her knotted sculpture lights, made out of cotton rope with an almost surreal structure and shape. Each sculpture is knotted by hand and has its own unique form and architectural content. For more on the work of Sandra de Groot and Atelier Chaos, visit her site and explore!
